These terms and conditions apply to the FlightVault app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by KoodR OÜ (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, or compromise its security features.

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for some aspects. Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi‑Fi or provided by your network operator. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function fully due to connectivity issues or exhausted data allowance.

If you are using the Application outside of a Wi‑Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges for data usage or roaming. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such costs. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from them.

The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is up to date and accurate, they rely on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for losses — direct or indirect — caused by reliance on this information.

The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. Although the Application is available per the requirements of supported operating systems, those may change, and you will need to install updates to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee permanent compatibility. They may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end, and you must delete it from your device.

FlightVault may display airline names, logos, and related marks solely for identification and informational purposes in connection with users’ logged flights. All trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their use within the Application does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Push Notifications

The Application may send push notifications to your device to provide real-time flight updates, reminders, and other relevant information. These notifications are an optional feature and can be disabled at any time through your device's settings. Please note that disabling notifications may affect the functionality of certain Pro features.

Push notification delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device settings, network connectivity, or other factors outside the Service Provider's control. Real-time flight data is provided by third-party sources and is subject to availability and coverage. The Service Provider accepts no liability for inaccurate, delayed, or missing flight notifications.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Updates will be published on this page. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2025‑11‑02.
